Why do I need to enter my card details for the trial?

This is to prevent anyone who’s underage from joining PLTNM because I’d rather not get angry emails from parents telling me how their 10-year-old signed up for a fitness program. You won’t be charged until your 7-day trial is up. I’ll also send you a reminder email a few days before your trial is due to end just in case you forget.

I’ve tried platforms like this before and never really got on with them. Is PLTNM easy to use?

User experience is something I feel very strongly about. I know how frustrating clunky tech can be. Which is why I put in a lot of work to make PLTNM super easy to use and navigate.

Is this a mobile app?

Not yet.  But PLTNM is mobile-optimised (which is a fancy way of saying "it works on mobile") and the design gives it an app-like feel.

I’m limited on time––Will there be training programs that work for me?

Yep.  Whether you can only train 2x per week or 6x per week–there are programs that cater to all schedules.

This seems like it’s for young people–I’m 40, 50, 60+ years old….can I do the program?

Yep. There are members in their 50s, 60s, and even 70s.  In fact, I’d say PLTNM is more important for people in their 40s, 50s, and beyond because the benefits of structured resistance exercise and good nutrition become even more crucial as you age. As long as you’re willing to strength train in some form and follow the simple nutrition strategies––PLTNM is for you.

I can’t eat certain foods due to allergies/restrictions. How do you work with people like this?

That's one of the great things about PLTNM––you decide what you eat and don't eat. If you have certain restrictions or allergies, no problem, you don't have to eat those foods. PLTNM educates you on eating healthfully but what you eat (or don't eat) is ultimately your choice.

What’s the difference between this and your personal 1:1 coaching?

My 1:1 coaching program is for people who are looking for a more hands-on approach where I handle and oversee everything. Because of the higher-level support, interaction, and time-commitment on my end 1:1 coaching is more expensive. Obviously not everyone can afford to drop £200+ per month. So PLTNM is the next best thing. All the principles PLTNM is built on are the same principles I use with my 1:1 coaching clients, just in a “do-it-yourself” format. 

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Yep. You can cancel your membership whenever you like in your account area. No minimum commitment period. No hidden contracts. No funny business.

Can I join now, cancel, then join again later at the current rate?

No. If you join during the prelaunch, you’ll get the special discounted rate UNTIL you cancel your membership. If you decide to come back after, you’ll pay the higher price.
