In case you haven’t noticed––the fitness industry is like the Wild Wild West. 

Misinformation, pseudo-science, and just downright bullshit is running rampant like a toddler let loose with a pack of crayons. 

“Influencers” are all up on the ‘Gram slinging their overpriced “booty blaster workouts,” juiced-up bodybuilders preaching insanely high-volume workouts that leave people beat, sore, and discouraged, and nutrition “gurus” scare-mongering people into restrictive, carbless diets while touting the new superfood of the month––seriously, what the fuck is a goji berry? 

It’s no wonder people are confused. And I’m here to fuck shit up bring back some well-needed sanity.  

Because that isn’t how real, sustainable progress happens. 

Losing fat, building muscle and strength isn’t about killing yourself in the gym with marathon workouts or endless cardio, giving up your favourite foods and resorting to starvation diets that leave you lethargic, hungry, and living with a dilapidated immune system that’s as effective as dial-up internet in 2020.
